Manager (w/m/d) Group Compensation & Benefits

Task & Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing group-wide compensation frameworks and processes (e.g., job architecture, salary structures, incentive schemes)
  • Coordinating, implementing, and enhancing salary studies and benchmark analyses
  • Developing and regularly reviewing governance documents, such as group-wide Compensation & Benefits policies
  • Ensuring adherence to group-wide compensation protocols, including the annual salary and bonus review
  • Analyzing compensation data from SAP SuccessFactors for (international) compensation projects
  • Managing compensation for top executives, including international long-term incentive schemes
  • Preparing analyses, reports, and presentations for senior management on Compensation & Benefits matters
  • Serving as the point of contact for ad-hoc compensation queries from top executives

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in business administration, with a focus on human resources, economics, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or a comparable role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and desirable experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Modern approach and enthusiasm for HR practices at a strategic level
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous drive for improvement
  • Effective consulting skills coupled with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities
