Delivery Focal Point

The role of the Lead Delivery Focal Point is to act as a key interface between the client and the project team for the delivery of all client-related activities. This role will also be integral to the development and maintenance of contract-digitalised solutions.

  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Core disciplines i.e. Scaffolding, Painting, Insulation, PFP etc.
  • Demonstrate an appreciation of Specialist disciplines i.e. LSA, Cleaning, Architectural, etc.
  • Good appetite and understanding of utilising Digital Solutions
  • Communicate team goals and promote high standards of workmanship
  • Attend project kick-off meetings, and provide support where necessary
  • Present monthly/quarterly presentations to the client
  • Coordinate Operations from the engineering phase through to the delivery phase
  • Review/Approve CTRs when required as well as weekly time writing
  • Monitor all project budgets and report accordingly
  • Support discussions with the client where any variations to a PO may be required
  • Support the Project Manager in populating a robust contract forecast
  • Identify and react to shortfalls in Client delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements at all times
  • Promote safe working practices and safety awareness through the implementation of the HSEQ plan, Safety Campaigns and Safety Meetings
  • Liaise with HR Team to assist in recruitment, induction and deployment of personnel
  • Ensure that all staff/operatives appraisals are conducted in accordance with company requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience with Fabric Maintenance Operations
  • Previous experience with Access Solutions
  • Previous experience running large contracts/projects from a leading role
  • Experience in creating and carrying out presentations
  • Experience working with Digital solutions (desirable)
  • Experience with Inspection Operations (desirable)
  • Technical knowledge of Company Disciplines; Coatings, Scaffolding, Insulation, Fire Protection
  • Planning experience with MS Project or Primavera (desirable)
  • Excellent written and written communication
