Main Responsibilities
• Timesheet Management – collect and check timesheets from site supervision
• Input information from timesheets into payroll database (M-power)
• Supply chain - Provide purchasing support for various contracts & projects (obtaining quotations, placing orders etc)
• General SAP administration duties –Raising requisitions, managing the GRN process etc maintaining records and managing the status within SAP
• Organise hired plant and equipment documents, including assisting in the on-going hire process
• Updating of the POB tracker to record attendance levels to reflect holidays etc.
• Answering phones and sending forms to HR/Payroll
• Processing trade assessment forms and validation of employee qualifications using the on-boarding tracker
• General administration duties as required
Commercial duties
• Assisting in the production of estimates for Maintenance, Projects or Turnaround works
• Assist the Commercial Manager in the review and upkeep of current commercial systems and reports (e.g. cost reports)
• Updating commercial reports and issuing to the Commercial Manager, Site Managers & Project Managers
• Assist in the production, monitoring and submission of variations to original budgets
• Assist in the preparation of Application For Payments (AFP’s) (Schedule of Rates, Reimbursable, Fixed Price, Target Cost)
• Assist with the preparation of Key Performance Indicator reports
• Provide commercial feedback and support to Commercial Manager and operational management
• Assist with any additional duties as required

Experience & Qualifications
• Previous Contract Administration/Coordination experience within Petrochemical/Oil&Gas Industry
• Effective communicator
• Computer Literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Attitudes and abilities that support the Groups Core Values
• GCSE Grade A-C
• Candidates should be aspiring to fulfil a suitable Engineering/Commercial qualification
