Internship Innovation Manager (m/f/d)

Bilfinger Digital Next GmbH is a startup of more than 40 experts headquartered from Heidelberg, city of science and one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. As part of Bilfinger SE group, we serve industries such as oil & gas, chemical, pharma, metal, cement, and benefit from industry expertise and network of over 36,000 highly skilled colleagues across the globe. We are building the most sophisticated industrial IoT platform for the process industry to enable the successful digital transformation of our clients. To make this happen we work on innovative business models and a portfolio of digital solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Digital Twins.

 

Our newly created innovation management team is responsible to lead innovation projects across the Bilfinger corporate world.

What you’ll do:

  • Support innovation management team to collect requirements for specific projects
  • Perform market research and trend analysis for project specific fields
  • Support and drive innovation projects on your own
  • Help to solidify innovation process and standards

 

What we are looking for:

  • Highly motivated, independent working student with fast comprehension
  • Study in the fields of engineering, economics, innovation management
  • Successfully completed first semesters with above average degree’s
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creative approaches.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, technical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in German and English
