HR generalist

To support our offices in Kyiv and Lviv we are looking for: HR generalist.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing pro-active consulting to managers by giving them day-to-day advice; recommending the best practices, tools and techniques for their business, location or across countries;
  • Coordination and leading full-cycle of HR processes (recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, talent and succession planning, etc.);
  • Participation and ownership of international HR projects in Central and Eastern Europe Area;
  • Implementation of Bilfinger Group guidelines and procedures regarding HR;
  • Cooperation with training companies, recruitment agencies and other HR suppliers;
  • Preparing reports and analysis of HR KPIs;
  • Cooperation with internal and external auditors;
  • Full HR administration.


Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a multinational company;
  • University degree (Human Resources/Psychology/Sociology);
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - communication and team work skills, flexibility and proactiveness;
  • Able to work independently, think strategically, coordinate multiple tasks and projects;
  • Open for frequent travels (time to time business trips both local and international);
  • Strong HR admin background and knowledge/
