Senior Project Manager Continuous Improvement (m/f/d) 

Location: nationwide with regular presence in Heidelberg

As part of a team, consisting of a project manager, a consultant, a data scientist, IT experts and product owners, you monetize the value for our customers by guiding them in the process to become data-driven by using our BCAP® solution. We implement our solutions by driving continuous improvement based on the insights we deliver with BCAP®. Besides the delivery of the project, you challenge the product owners for new features and development based on your experience at our customers. You initiate improvement projects to gain value for our customers and thereby contribute significantly to letting the customers experience our data-driven approach.




  • Engineering in your DNA: Master of Science in Engineering or related fields, ideally combined with business administration
  • Solid business experience in production, engineering and/or maintenance (7+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement projects in industry with prove of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment (3+ years)
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or TPM combined with enthusiasm for agile methodologies
  • Confident communicator and business fluent in German and English (C-level)
  • Excellent consultancy skills and experience in facilitating workshops
  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction by listening to clients and transferring questions and requirements into actions
  • Work-related willingness to travel (~ 50%), especially within the DACH region
