  • Coordination, implementation and further development of salary studies and benchmark analyses
  • Cooperation in the conceptual design, implementation and administration of national and international compensation instruments and processes (e.g. salary and bonus round)
  • Performance of job evaluations
  • Evaluation of compensation data from HRcules and SAP
  • Collaboration in (international) compensation projects (e.g. introduction of salary bands)
  • Administration and coordination of the international long-term incentive program
  • Contact person for ad-hoc compensation requests from national and international stakeholders




  • Successfully completed university studies or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Founded compensation knowledge (conceptual design and implementation of compensation instruments and processes)
  • Excellent IT knowledge, especially of Excel, Power Point, SAP, Success Factors
  • Project management experience as well as distinct organizational talent
  • Target and solution-oriented working method
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong advisory skills and at the same time appropriate discretion
  • High level of customer orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Experience in operational personnel work desirable
  • High level of personal initiative
