•    Organization of work of the company's project team at the construction site;
•    Monitoring compliance with all procedures at the construction site by all project participants in accordance with the Construction Plan, Health and Safety Plan and the legislation of the Russian Federation;
•    Control over the activities of the General Contractor and individual Contractors in accordance with the contract, schedule, basic and design documentation, instructions of the Customer and the legislation of the Russian Federation;
•    Participation in the selection of a Contractor for certain volumes of work;
•    Organization of inspections of the General Contractor and individual Contractors before the start of work for the competence of performing construction and installation works;
•    Organization of meetings, control over the implementation of meeting minutes;
•    Management of the progress of work at the construction site, preparation, maintenance and control of the construction schedule (weekly, detailed, general);
•    Organization of regular inspections of the construction site, general control and regular adjustments to the actions of construction control engineers and representatives of contractors;
•    Taking appropriate action in case of deviation from planned progress and budget;
•    Verification of the need (availability) of resources, machines and mechanisms, materials and equipment, including schedules for the delivery of materials;
•    Taking appropriate measures in case of low qualification of the work performers or low quality of work;
•    Organization of inspections of the scope of work submitted by the contractor for compliance with the approved working documentation and contracts. Regular checks and adjustments of the cumulative statement of the volume of work performed in accordance with the submitted executive documentation;
•    Preparation and use of a risk assessment system and reporting;
•    Control of the procedure for managing changes and complaints;
•    Control over the preparation by the General Contractor and individual Contractors of a set of as-built documentation for the completed scope of work;
•    Control over the keeping of journals (including the designer's supervision journal);
•    Organization of visits to the construction site by field supervision specialists;
•    Interaction with bodies of state construction supervision and local self-government (preparation and transmission of notices, control over the fulfillment of instructions, etc.), representing the interests of the Customer;
•    Organization of the process of obtaining conclusions on the compliance of constructed, capital construction projects with the requirements of technical regulations (norms and rules), other regulatory legal acts and project documentation;
•    Moving for the duration of the project to the region of Russia.



•    Fluent English;
•    Higher professional education ICC;
•    Experience in managing the construction of industrial facilities;
•    Availability of successfully implemented projects in the field of meat processing, pharma or oil & gas;
•    Organization of construction and scheduling in MS Project;
