  • Higher specialized education (industrial and civil construction or process is preferable);
  • Experience in consultancy, engineering and project management – not less than 10 years;
  • Advance level of English is a must;
  • Advanced user of AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook and MS Office applications;
  • Profound knowledge of effective construction legislation, industrial safety requirements, fire safety requirements and regulations;
  • Experience in BIM engineering is a competitive advantage;
  • Experience in instrumental surveys is a competitive advantage;
  • Active, flexible, sociable;
  • Possibility of business trips.



  • General management of the consultancy projects at different stages of its implementation;
  • Responsibility for financial control, planning (project implementation schedule), quality (control in line with internal Company’s procedures) and overall Project coordination;
  • Negotiations with the Client, suppliers, contractors, concluding contracts. Client management;
  • Organization of and participation in tendering on choosing contractors and subcontractors, when applicable;
  • Assessment and evaluation of technical condition of the assets with the following analysis, recommendations on rectification;
  • Support to the Client during M&A as a technical expert;
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and other technical documentation to the clients; coordination of design team and control over (including quality control)
  • Design management at different stages, knowledge of requirements to structure and contents of chapters of Basic Design;
  • Reporting to Business Unit Management.
