Payroll Advisor

Location: Birchwood

Bilfinger UK is a leading provider of engineering, automation and maintenance, modifications and operations services to industrial clients across the oil & gas, energy & power, nuclear and chemical/pharmaceutical sectors. Our skilled workforce provides unified, multidisciplinary support through the life-span of an asset - including design and build, automated control systems and operations and maintenance - driving efficiencies and reducing costs.

Process a weekly payroll from start to finish across multiple sites

Process starters and leavers

Process SMP, SPP, SSP and Occupational sick pay

Process pay in accordance with various National Agreements

Calculate Redundancy payments

Distribution of payslips

Production of P45’s

Liaise with sites and other departments to ensure communication lines are clear and deadlines are met

Deal promptly and professionally with payroll queries

Complete correspondence within the agreed SLA timeframe

Produce reports for various departments

Maintain records and filing to a high standard

Maintain up to date knowledge of payroll and pension legislation

Follow and enforce implemented payroll policy, processes and procedures
