Quality Manager Central and Eastern Europe

Bilfinger Tebodin in CEE operates in four cross-country Business Lines: Consultancy, Process Engineering, Engineering and PMC. Together, they provide a portfolio of services for complex engineering projects and interdisciplinary & technical complete solutions, covering the whole investment project cycle. The company is proud of its 70 years’ experience in automotive sphere, wide variety of food and agro projects, unique latest developments in wind power plants.

We are looking for candidates across Central and Eastern Europe

 

Responsibilities:

 

◾Drive implementation of quality improvement activities policies, strategies, standards) at the company level
◾Lead and manage the Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance
◾Implement new procedures/methods aimed to make work efficient
◾Improve risk management
◾Analyse nonconformities to identify quality improvement opportunities
◾Together with top and line management develop improvement targets for quality, service and efficiency
◾Execute and follow up of quality control audits
◾Organize and lead regular trainings for employees about Quality System
◾Build robust Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
◾Organize and guide the internal audits from Bilfinger and control the follow-up of findings
 
Requirements:

 

◾5+ years working in quality and continuous improvement
◾Strong communication skill
◾Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015,
◾Experience in preparing/maintaining audit plans and monitoring the results
◾Experience in developing performance improvement targets for quality, service and efficiency
◾Experience in organizing and guiding internal audits and controlling follow up findings
◾Experience in performing statistical analysis and data analysis
◾Experience in cross-cultural cooperation
◾Management Experience will be a plus
◾Results driven
◾Attention to details
◾Broad multi-functional experience will a plus
◾University degree
◾English language – Upper-Intermediate
