Management Team Assistant


Position Summary:

  • Provide administrative support to Management Team of Bilfinger Tebodin in Central and Eastern Europe


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including travel and conferences, making appointments
  • Formulate a variety of highly confidential documents
  • Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties, taking messages
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing correspondence
  • Prepare reports, collecting and analyzing information; preparing presentations
  • Record meeting discussions and provide minutes
  • Data analysis; Proficient in MS Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other staff members when appropriate


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferred supporting executives
  • Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures
  • Proficient typing, and organizational skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is critical
  • Very good Czech and English
