Technical Program Manager


We are seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to be a member of our Digital team.


The Technical Program Manager is proactive in stakeholder management and can communicate to all levels and disciplines. Must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in a collaborative environment.




  • Coordinate multiple solution delivery programs of varying levels of complexity
  • Facilitate alignment between teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders
  • Steer program and delivery execution by providing oversight, recording decisions, escalating impediments, managing risks, and following up on action items
  • Monitor and report on overall program status ensuring visibility to the team and key stakeholders
  • Organize and contribute content to provide easily accessible information for colleagues
  • Manage stakeholder communications by serving as the primary point of contact on program and initiatives within the team and across the global organization
  • Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement to our operational efficiency


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in an Engineering discipline, Technology Management, Computer Science, Reliability Maintenance or related experience
  • 5+ years’ work experience, at least 3 years' experience in managing software and technology implementations as a program manager or similar technical role
  • Possess solid technical proficiency and business acumen.
  • Comfortable evaluating benefits and risks of various digital, operations-focused tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, prior experience working in a geographically distributed organization
  • Highly organized and execution focused, accountable and driven
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive key decisions in a timely manner is critical
  • Ability to present and engage with internal stakeholders of varying organizational levels
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and facilitation skills
