Bilfinger UK are looking for a Site Manager to join us at GSK Irvine on a full time permanent basis
As site manager, you will be responsible for leading the site management team to lead HSE, Quality, safe operational efficient delivery, and customer satisfaction throughout the contract term.
Accountabilities:
Lead a positive safety culture on site ensuring company and client safe systems of work is implemented and followed.
Lead the site team ensuring clear and concise goals and objectives are set to meet the contractual demands throughout the contract term.
Lead the planning and scheduling of resource demands to ensure regular reviews are conducted to maintain the contractual resource demands.
Lead contract performance reviews locally ensuring all data is gathered accurately to review and find opportunities to continuously improve.
Lead and implements company governance and guidelines utilising BMS.
Lead stakeholder management on site to maintain a collaborative constructive environment to continuously improve contract performance.
Experience Required:
Previous Site Manger experience leading multi discipline trades.
Experience in different forms of commercial arrangements and a clear understanding of how to manage the various inputs and interfaces.
Experience leading Access, Insulation and Coatings supervision and trades.
Experience leading E&I supervision and trades.
Exposure to NEC form of contracts with relevant contract administration experience.
Experience of developing and implementing project reporting dashboards to demonstrate contract performance.
