Below are the primary responsibilities related to Project Material Coordinator, but are not limited to: 

  • Assist, under the supervision of the Project Material Controller, the entire material and service 
    logistics, including obtaining necessary permits and coordinating deliveries to project 
    warehouses or site locations.
  • Inspect incoming materials for basic quality and quantity in accordance with company 
    standards.
  • Ensure proper tagging and labelling of materials upon receipt for easy tracing and tracking.
  • Issue materials to Contractors using timely and accurate workflow.
  • Assist in trouble shooting regarding the location, storage and preservation of all materials 
    stored.
  • Adhere to Clients Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and 
    procedures related to materials management. 

Skills: 
• Good computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, Access. 
• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings 
• Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of successful Materials Control and Logistics of Project Materials.
