Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver key consulting energy and energy related assignments, including technical due diligence, feasibility studies, master planning, and early-stage concept development.
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advise clients regulatory frameworks and planning constraints.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients.
• Lead internal project teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary experts across the company.
• Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
• Develop energy related consultancy team across CEE
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management.
• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or Economical experience.
• Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts.
• Experience in the CEE region is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.
• Fluent English (C1 or upper B2).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings.
• (Nice to have) License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
