Consultancy We provide basic evaluation, task and project objective definition, optimization studies, variant investigations, feasibility studies, and investment cost estimates.
Civil Engineering We design facilities to meet the future business and operational needs of our clients within all disciplines in house.
Process Integration We integrate your process systems from raw materials to factory.
ISBL Projects O&G, Refining, Hydrogen and CO2 capture core process knowhow. Close cooperation with licensors.
PMC Project management, construction management - we steer the whole project from start to finish. With the highest safety time schedule budget quality and sustainability in mind.
EPCm All services in one package covers optimized solutions from first business case idea to commissioning bringing best optimized solution for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the suitable department across CEE, supporting the team members
- Leading and managing sustainability projects including building energy modelling, decarbonisation, emission reduction, analyzes related to the use of alternative energy sources, energy efficiency, environmental assessments of buildings, circular economy, ESG reporting, social & climate change
- Preparing proposals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, guidelines and best practices and ensure that these are incorporated into project work
- Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience as a Sustainability / Energy Consultant or in a similar position
- University degree with a focus on Sustainability / Energy Efficiency or related discipline
- Knowledge about MEP installations and differences in their efficiencies
- Ability to manage multiple & cross country teams and clients
- Strong analytical skills & attention to details
- Problem solver & “can-do” attitude
- Great interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
