Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration — ensure full compliance with contractual procedures, including notices, determinations, evaluations, and communications. Maintain contract registers and ensure timely submissions.
• Claims Management — review, analyze, and respond to Contractor claims (EOT, cost, disruption). Support the Project Manager in preparing fair and reasoned determinations.
• Variation Control — assist in evaluating variations, preparing instructions, validating cost/time impacts, and maintaining change logs.
• Performance Monitoring — track contractor obligations, milestones, and deliverables to ensure contractual performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction contract administration and claims evaluation.
• Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (especially Red/Yellow Book) is a plus
• Ability to interpret technical, commercial, and legal project documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
