Responsibilities:

• Determine the objectives of the Projects based on the Contract and contract documentation, revise and measure their completion and monitor the quality of the delivered services
• Supervision, quality control of the works according to the design documentation and building permit - in general, all activities assigned to the Technical Supervisor in Gov. Decree 191/2009. (IX. 15.)
• Design review of the design documentations and building permit, As Build drawings and other documents for the work, ensure that are properly maintained and up to date, initiate design optimization
• Establish and manage trustful working relationships with the Beneficiary and all relevant internal and external stakeholders, strong cooperation with the internal design team and experts
• Construction management, involvement in the HSE requirements, wide view and understanding of the several professions
• Construction site visits, active participation in the negotiations of the Projects (meetings, cost management, etc.), reports of the Projects
• Permitting, participation in the commissioning
• Seek continuous improvement for the activities and integrate the “lessons learned” of the Project
• Willing to travel and work in countryside up to 50% of the working time, availability to relocate periodically to Beneficiary’s sites if necessary

Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience in real estate projects and industrial developments including the commissioning
• Very good English
• Strong organizational, communication and team building skills
• Project and construction management skills
• Technical supervisor license (can be obtained later)
