Administrator required on Innospec Ellesmere Port
Administrator requied to assist with daily admistration duties across 3 sites
Roles and responsibilities :
Support daily office functions
Assist with purchasing, payroll, timesheets
Production of weekly and monthly reports as required by the department.
Professional production of reports and any presentations required by departmental management.
Checking invoices and timesheets for departmental management approval.
Tracking departmental ordering and spend on SAP.
Maintaining an appropriate filing system for departmental data.
Recommend appropriate improvements and efficiencies to systems.
Create and maintain databases as required.
Input data into SAP and other systems as required.
Maintain technical databases and provide reports.
Update budget spreadsheets and issue reports as appropriate.
Takes on additional tasks as requested by Management.
Providing written and verbal reports as required by Management.
Supporting departmental management as required at meetings..
Maintain records of relevant activities in accordance with site procedures
Knowledge and Experience :
Financial activities (budgeting, cost calculations, estimations, etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
People management skills.
Ability to use various software applications (e.g. SAP & Microsoft 365 apps, etc).
Good team worker.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in people management with well-developed soft skills.
