Main Purpose
The Project Assistant will be required to support the team in all aspects of project administration.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of documents in accordance with the document control procedure and ensure procedures and project documents are up to date and available within Client system and project files.
- Working in line with the company safety and quality standards
- Assisting in the filing of reports and digital documents.
- Uploading reports/documents into pre-defined document systems.
- Monitoring, downloading and dissemination of newly approved documents.
- QA/QC check of documents required in accordance with BUK procedures.
- Data entry into company reports register.
- Processing of transmittal documentation.
- General office administration duties.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Experience and Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate with other teams on site
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, work under pressure and meet client deadlines
- Problem solver
- Professional, approachable, pro-active and be a good organiser
- Possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational skills, written and oral communication skills.
- Previously held an administrative role
- Experience of using Microsoft Office 365
