In deze rol ben je het hart van onze projecten, waarbij je jouw technische kennis en leiderschapsvaardigheden inzet om bij te dragen aan onze missie: het vormgeven van de toekomst van energie.

Als Voorman bij Bilfinger sta je aan het roer van een deskundig team van monteurs en lassers, werkzaam aan uitdagende projecten in de duurzame energie. Vanuit onze locatie in Hengelo, leid je projecten die variëren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan ketelinstallaties en pijpleidingen, tot het implementeren van nieuwe, innovatieve energieoplossingen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het overtreffen van klantverwachtingen en het waarborgen van de voortgang en kwaliteit van onze projecten.

Wat ga je doen:

Je creëert een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving, waarbij je zorgdraagt voor de planning, uitvoering en eindcontrole van projecten;
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische overzicht, van de controle van werkopdrachten en specificaties tot het oplossen van complexe werktuigbouwkundige vraagstukken;
Zorgt dat iedereen in de werkplaats weet wat er gebeuren moet en draagt bij aan een positief eindresultaat;
Je leidt en werkt mee, deelt je kennis en ervaring met je team en stimuleert hen om te groeien en te excelleren in hun werk.

Wat breng je mee:

Een gedegen technische achtergrond op MBO4-niveau;
De vaardigheid om je team te motiveren en te leiden, gecombineerd met een flexibele instelling en de bereidheid om te reizen en zo nodig te overnachten voor projecten;
Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend te functioneren.

Wat wij bieden:

Een competitief salaris van € 2.950,- tot € 4.100,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek, met uitstekende secundaire voorwaarden. Dit omvat onder andere vergoedingen voor onregelmatige uren en overnachtingen, een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling, en een ruim aanbod aan extra voordelen zoals collectiviteitskortingen en sportieve initiatieven.

Daarnaast bieden we een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen onze organisatie.
