Bilfinger Ukraine CFI is looking for Engineering Project Manager.

This role is for an experienced Project Manager who will lead engineering projects for industrial clients (automotive, oil & gas, energy, etc.). Key responsibilities include coordinating international teams, managing budgets, schedules, and quality, participating in tenders, and optimizing processes. Strong planning, communication skills, and fluency in English are essential.

Requirements:
•    5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering company (preferred technology / process engineering projects)
•    Technical education - Mechanical and Machine Design, Process Chemistry
•    Fluent English
•    PMP certificate is a plus
•    Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks and Autodesk TrueView
•    Planning skills (scheduling, budgeting, forecasting)
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
•    Project management for developing Engineering projects with Clients from Industrial sector (Automotive, Oil&Gas, Batteries, etc.)
•    Coordinate cross country project teams from various disciplines (Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Architecture, Structure, MEP, etc.)
•    Tender Management on offers preparation
•    Quality management, budget and progress control are top priorities
•    Optimize the team work
•    Active participant in continuous improvement process
•    Following internal procedures
•    Reporting internal and external
