As (Senior) Manager Group HSEQ - Systems & Auditing, you serve as a key driver of Group-wide harmonization within Bilfinger’s global HSEQ organization. Working closely with the Director Group HSEQ and the segment HSEQ counterparts, they help to create the Group HSEQ strategy and translate it into effective programs, standards and processes that can be successfully implemented in all countries and business units. Through your close collaboration with the operational teams, you will strengthen a proactive safety culture and create efficient, transparent, and sustainable HSEQ processes.

Your Mission
- Implement and further develop Group HSEQ programs, standards, and tools, ensuring they are effectively applied throughout all Segments and countries
- Translate Group requirements into practical guidance and support operational teams in adopting systems, processes, and digital solutions
- Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities across international operations and help scale best practices globally
- Consolidate and analyze HSEQ KPIs, audit results, and incident data to strengthen transparency and inform leadership decisions
- Convert insights from data and assessments into clear recommendations that improve safety, quality, and operational performance
- Strengthen the rollout and consistent use of digital HSEQ solutions and contribute to their ongoing improvement
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the safety culture, including behavior-based safety, and proactive workforce engagement
- Organization and administration of HSEQ communication and meetings globally
- Support and develop Global training initiatives
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries, building a strong and connected global HSEQ community
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of ISO Management systems
- Support and provide guidance on the matrix certification of the standards ISO 9001; 14001; 45001; SCCP
- Support and provide guidance on the internal audit program required for the matrix
Your Profile
- Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Several years of experience in HSEQ roles, in industrial, engineering, or energy sectors; experience in Oil & Gas or Nuclear sector would be a plus; experience in multi-country environments
- Chartered in HSEQ discipline with lead auditor qualification or equivalent
- Experienced in managing ISO systems and external audit processes across a global matrix structure
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, occupational health & safety, environmental standards, and industry best practices
- Experience with behavior-based safety, and safety culture development
- Proven ability to implement HSEQ programs, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with confident application of data analysis, reporting, and risk assessment methods
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across countries, cultures, and hierarchical levels
- Fluent English language skills are required; German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally is required
