Executive Assistant to CHRO (w/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Provide high-level strategic support to the CHRO, assisting with the development of HR initiatives, organizational strategy, and overall business objectives.

  • Project Management: Lead or support key HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related initiatives

  • Executive Communication: Draft presentations, reports, and internal communications for the CHRO. Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication across the HR department and with other senior executives.

  • Back Office Management: Oversee back-office functions, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks related to the CHRO’s office. Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, including managing emails, handling correspondence, filing, and document management for the CHRO

  • Travel and Expense Management: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the CHRO and senior HR team. Process travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the CHRO, HR leadership team, and other senior executives. Facilitate the flow of information and ensure alignment on key priorities.

  • Meeting Management: Prepare materials for leadership meetings, attend key meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed. Provide insights and recommendations based on meeting outcomes.

  • Special Projects: Manage and coordinate special projects or initiatives as directed by the CHRO, which may include change management, talent management, organizational development, or HR technology implementations

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous experience in HR, management consulting, or a similar strategic role, with experience supporting senior executives

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR data analysis and reporting

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in HR tools (e.g., Successfactors) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
