Tasks

  • Developing and implementing Group-wide remuneration tools to ensure a fair and consistent salary structure
  • Designing and developing the job architecture to provide transparency on career opportunities and development paths
  • Defining and standardising job descriptions to promote role clarity and structure within the organisation
  • Carrying out internal analyses and further developing the function-related key performance indicator / control system
  • Implementing and managing a transparent grading system and carrying out regular job evaluations and adjustments
  • Regularly conducting benchmark analyses to review the competitiveness of remuneration structures
  • Design and administration of bonus, incentive and other variable remuneration components
  • Advising HR partners and managers on all global remuneration-related issues
  • Collaborating with the Global Process Manager (GPM) Compensation to ensure the annual compensation processes and further development of SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Managing the documentation of all relevant processes to ensure transparency, compliance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources, economics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of compensation & benefits, with a focus on compensation strategies, job architecture and grading
  • Knowledge of standard market compensation products (STI, LTI, bonus programmes, etc.)
  • Knowledge of standard market grading and compensation systems (e.g. WTW, Mercer, Hay) and sound experience in job evaluation
  • Good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong consulting skills while maintaining appropriate discretion
  • Strong ability to communicate complex compensation concepts and processes in an understandable way
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
