The Manager Global Process SuccessFactors is accountable for the strategic development, governance, and operational support of the assigned SAP SuccessFactors modules (Talent, Succession Management, Learning) and associated processes. The role ensures that global and local business requirements are met, processes are standardized, and systems operate efficiently in alignment with Group IT and organizational standards. The position plays a key role in designing, aligning, and gaining agreement for global HR processes, while fostering collaboration across regions.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Strategy & Governance
    • Define and implement a global strategy for continuous development and optimization of assigned modules.
    • Establish and enforce global standards, guidelines, and best practices.
    • Steer governance and decision-making processes for system and process changes.
  • Project & Process Management
    • Lead and execute global and regional projects (rollouts, upgrades, new functionalities, process changes).
    • Collaborate with Group SMEs, regional HR teams, and IT to ensure successful delivery.
    • Support regional HR leads in implementing global/local adjustments while ensuring compliance.
  • System Management
    • Manage system configuration and module settings in partnership with Group IT.
    • Ensure modules meet evolving business and process requirements.
  • Change & Enablement
    • Drive change management initiatives and knowledge transfer.
    • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and communication resources.
    • Empower regional teams through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Group HR, IT, regional HR, SMEs, key users) and external partners (consultants, software providers).
    • Foster global collaboration and exchange of best practices among HR teams.
    • Provide structured communication channels for top-down and bottom-up feedback.
  • Cross-Module Integration
    • Collaborate with other Global Process Managers and SMEs on cross-module initiatives.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Succession Management, Learning) with proven product/process ownership.
  • Experience in global rollout projects, change management, and process optimization.
  • Experience in Works Council alignment (beneficial).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to foster cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork.
  • Fluency in English; additional group languages beneficial.
