The position is permanent and full-time.

We consolidate selected services in procurement, finance and accounting, as well as human resources, which are then provided as a service for the group companies by the SSO.
Our Processes & Automation team operates across regions within the global Shared Services Organization (SSO). We analyze and optimize administrative processes (e.g., through Process Mining), provide the necessary methodological expertise, develop automation solutions (e.g., Robotic Process Automation), and support process owners and local management in process optimization. We are always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to optimize, digitize, and automate, and we are passionate about the topic. Ready to dig deep? Your tasks:
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop relevant requirements, define scope, accurately assess context, and align expectations for data-driven solutions leveraging Celonis capabilities
• Design and implement appropriate Celonis solutions, oversee their implementation, and coordinate all necessary details with stakeholders, focusing on administrative processes such as Order to Cash, Book to Report, Hire to Retire, and Purchase to Pay
• Extract, link, enrich, and validate data from various sources using Celonis as well as selecting the right tools to elevate the product to a holistic level (e.g. Celonis Action Flows or Process Simulation)
• Drive knowledge transfer and the development of Process Mining topics within the Bilfinger Group
Your profile:
You have…
• … successfully completed a degree in business informatics, computer science, data science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• … at least 5 years of practical experience in this field of work
• … a sound understanding of key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Book-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, or Purchase-to-Pay, and their typical improvement potentials
• … extensive expertise as a Celonis Analyst and Architect, with demonstrated proficiency in PQL coding
• … fundamental understanding of SAP from both data and process perspectives
• … expertise in creating and managing clear, intuitive dashboards
• … a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of data validity
• … excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and easily understandable way (Business professional German and English speaking and writing)
• … the ability to take responsibility for work carried out independently and proactively in a structured and efficient way
