Electrical Engineer – Quality Management

We are looking for a motivated electrical engineer for quality management tasks in electrical installations. You have experience in electrical contracting projects and quality management.

• You will lead and develop project-related quality practices and operating models.
• You will prepare and maintain project quality documentation and ensure compliance.
• You will carry out quality assurance activities, internal audits and handle nonconformities.
• You will support project teams in quality-related matters and ensure that targets are met.

What do we expect from you?

• Practical experience in HSE, quality or HSEQ tasks in a project-based or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of occupational safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Experience in safety requirements and practices for electrical installations, including experience with 110 kV installations.
• An independent, responsible and hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Finnish and English skills.
