HSE and Quality Managers (fixed-term) – Project roles across our operations
Would you like to play a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality, and responsible projects? We are looking for a fixed‑term HSE Manager and Quality Manager to support and develop our operations in various projects. These roles offer a unique vantage point into project work and the opportunity to make a concrete impact on people’s safety, the environment, and operational quality.

As an HSE Manager
• You lead and develop health, safety, and environmental practices in day‑to‑day project work.
• You identify risks, conduct risk assessments (SJA), and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
• You participate in safety walks, audits, and collaboration with authorities.
• You support project organizations and actively promote a strong safety culture.
As a Quality Manager
• You lead and develop project-related quality practices and operating models.
• You prepare and maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance.
• You carry out quality assurance activities, internal audits, and deviation handling.
• You support project teams in quality-related matters and ensure targets are met.
What we expect from you
• Practical experience in HSE, quality, or HSEQ tasks in a project-based or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of occupational safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Experience with electrical installation safety requirements and practices (experience with 110 kV installations is considered an advantage).
• An independent, responsible, and hands‑on working style.
• Ability to work smoothly with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
