The Technical Administrator will report directly to the Site Manager on all matters relating to the administration of the contract deliverables. The Technical Administrator will be required to support the team in all aspects of project administration.

 

This is a permanent position based onsite and the working hours are Monday – Friday 40 hours per week.

 

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Correctly file and store digital and physical forms of lifetime quality records
  • Maintenance and management of office radiograph store/safe
  • Owner of transmittal process for radiographs
  • QA/QC a defined number of NDT reports in accordance with defined process
  • Updating and maintenance of the report register
  • Production of monthly reporting accuracy statistics
  • Resolution of reporting errors and customer/contractor comments
  • Drive Lean methodology through process and drive change
  • Organise, and where appropriate attend apprentice reviews, modules and meetings
  • Ensure apprentice activities are recorded properly, fully and on time
  • Manage and ensure timely completion of personnel assessments/appraisals
  • Request and manage visitor bookings, including VMS and UOR
  • Manage team member role profiles
  • Manage and carry out onboarding premobilisation checks and inspection department inductions of new start employees
  • Request and manage visitor bookings, including VMS and UOR

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, problem solver
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines without compromising quality of outputs
  • Computer literate – all MS Office software
  • Professional, approachable, pro-active, and organised
  • High level of personal authenticity, confidentiality, integrity, and transparency
  • Works effectively in a team environment
