About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Piping Design Engineer (UAE National) to join our Engineering & Design team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in the Oil & Gas engineering consultancy sector and gain hands-on experience in piping design, 3D modeling, engineering drawings, and project execution under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of piping layouts, piping general arrangement drawings, and isometric drawings.
• Support senior engineers in developing piping design deliverables for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Prepare and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD, E3D, PDMS, SP3D, or other design software.
• Assist in piping material specification and material take-off activities.
• Participate in the development of plot plans, equipment layouts, and piping routing studies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation departments.
• Ensure engineering designs comply with project specifications, company standards, and international codes.
• Review vendor drawings and incorporate comments as directed by senior engineers.
• Support project documentation and engineering deliverable tracking.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, and model review meetings when required.
• Adhere to company HSE policies and quality management procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• UAE National with Family Book.
• Strong academic background and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of piping engineering principles and Oil & Gas facilities.
• Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and design fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to PDMS, E3D, SP3D, or other 3D modeling software is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to develop a career in Oil & Gas Engineering Consultancy.
