HR BP / HR Generalist Hungary and Romania

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsibility of full employee lifecycle support (recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, training and development, talent and succession planning, etc.)
  • Internal communication and employer branding activities
  • Advising local managers in employee related matters
  • HR administration and cooperation with payroll accountant
  • Participation in international HR project in Central and Eastern Europe
  • Cooperation with external providers: training companies, recruitment agencies etc.
  • Implementation and following up on guidelines and procedures regarding HR
  • Regular HR reporting

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, in an international company
  • University degree (preferably: Sociology, Psychology, HR management)
  • Very good English - as a must!
  • Romanian would be a great advantage
  • Knowledge of modern HR management tools (SAP Success Factors would be an advantage)
  • Good planning skills, organizational capabilities and multitasking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactivity and focus on finding solutions
