  • Familiar with operating mechanical, E&I, scaffolding, insulation & painting BOQ, Fixed Price and Reimbursable contracts is essential.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements at all times
  • Project controls reporting including actual cost vs budget, variations, AFCs, Earned Value etc
  • Ensure all cost bookings are accurate and track against budget allowances, resolving any discrepancies
  • Ownership of the Change Management process ensuring all change is captured and fully documented via the companies change registers (Early Warnings, EOT and Variations)
  • Monitoring performance of the works through weekly cost reports inc weekly CVR’s
  • Work with the planner/scheduler to cost load programme
  • Provide accurate cost and revenue forecasts to the Project Manager and/or Commercial Lead
  • Subcontract management ensuring all cost applications and variations are correct and agreed in a timely manner, with costs recovered accordingly
  • Issuing of subcontractor payment certificates
  • Valuation preparation and submission
  • Post valuation checks and agreements
  • Compilation of month end financial reports including WIP and provision assessments
  • Provide weekly & monthly commercial reports to Project Manager and/or Commercial Manager/Lead
  • Maintain Productivity trackers and communicate weekly to the Project Manager to understand performance against the norms and any FPs
  • Close monitoring against the Liquidated Damage schedule to ensure risk is avoided and/or mitigated
  • Timely completion of sales invoicing in line with agreed valuations
  • Attend site meetings as required
  • Assist the site commercial team where required. Time may be required to be spent assisting on various work streams
  • Carry out general tasks as requested by the Project Manager and/or Commercial Manager/Lead
