Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Analytics, Software Development, and general IT systems. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our Continuous Improvement systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analytics:
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Design and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Software Development & Management:
  • Develop, test, and maintain custom software applications to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, providing technical support as needed.
  • Manage software updates, patches, and releases to ensure systems are up-to-date.

• General IT Support:
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and policies for reference and training purposes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, .NET, Python).
• General understanding of IT systems, including networks, servers, and databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
