Region I.T. & Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Region I.T. & Project Manager to oversee and manage IT projects within the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role will involve collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to implement strategic IT initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure that infrastructure and software solutions meet the needs of the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and decisions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
