The Bilfinger Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity to prepare for a successful career at Bilfinger. It provides insights into the financial and business functions of our international organization. This exciting 24-month program includes various positions and hands-on work experience, along with a focus on personal growth through continuous mentoring, networking, and training opportunities. By the end of the program, you will be equipped to apply your acquired knowledge and take on the challenges of a financial, business, or corporate role at Bilfinger.
What can you expect?

24 months in various assignments where you will gain insight and experience in navigating the finance and business functions of our international organization

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
-
Master’s degree in business admin, economics or equivalent (of which you earned excellent academic grades)

Excellent communications skills (written and oral) in both German and English
-
Initial relevant work experience / internship in a business context (industrial / consulting company) (0 or up to 2 years in duration)

Advanced analytical skills
-
Strong numerical affinity and the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
-
Mobility for different assignments in Germany and 1 assignment abroad
-
IT skills in applications such as Microsoft Office and SAP P14 software (advantage)
